K. Edward Naugle
Founder
K. Edward Naugle is the Founder and Principal of Foster Banyan Building and Development. With extensive expertise in sustainable building practices, Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from the College of Charleston, where he was a scholarship athlete, and has numerous certifications, including Florida State Certified General Contractor, South Carolina Unlimited General Contractor Qualifier, LEED Green Associate, and NAHB Certified Green Professional.
Eddie has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, marked by significant achievements in project management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. His experience spans the Residential, Commercial and Multi-family construction markets, and has successfully completed over 2 million square feet and nearly $2M of construction. After starting his career in custom homes, Eddie has now spent well over a decade immersed in the South Florida luxury homebuilding market and has a proven track record of successfully managing many multimillion-dollar custom home projects, developing corporate strategic growth plans, and establishing robust relationships with clients, design teams, building officials, and municipalities.
Previously, Eddie spent a significant portion of his career overseeing large-scale multi-family construction projects and achieving milestones such as completing one of the largest NAHB Certified Green Buildings in the United States. This high-level construction experience served as the foundation of his organizational leadership.
In addition to his professional experience, Eddie has been an active member of various local organizations, where he has shown his commitment to giving back. His wife, Christina Hobgood Naugle, and their three daughters, Caroline, Ansley, and Olivia, reside in Palm Beach Gardens and love life outdoors, whether on the boat, in the woods, or on the athletic fields.
Craig Wyatt
Chief Financial Officer
Craig is the Chief Financial Officer at Foster Banyan Building and Development. With over 23 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Craig has a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has been involved in building over 1,000 homes, showcasing his extensive experience and commitment to quality.
Craig previously served as the key accounting executive and CFO for other custom homebuilders, where he played a pivotal role in driving financial performance and growth. His extensive experience in the industry has led the Foster Banyan campaign for fiscal responsibility and transparency to clients and overall streamlining of timely and reporting and accountability. Craig holds a B.S. in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Towson University. He is also a 2019 graduate of Leadership Howard County. In addition to his professional achievements, Craig is dedicated to community service. He has been a board member for Grassroots Crisis Intervention since 2019 and currently serves as their Treasurer.
In 2024, Craig and his fiancée, Hope, made the exciting decision to move from Maryland to Florida. They are enjoying this new chapter together as their four adult kids embark on their own journeys. Outside of work, Craig enjoys staying active by playing pickleball and hitting the golf course when he can. Craig also loves exploring new places, which has become a wonderful family adventure for them.
Chris Richmond
Senior Construction Manager
Chris has just celebrated 10 years at Eddie’s side. Chris has grown into a leadership role, where he has embraced teaching and coaching of other talented teammates. Chris established his role early as the “closer,” where he would bring homes across the goal line with consistency, quality, and intense schedule demands, managing the back-end bottleneck and choreographing a total team sprint to the finish. Through his desire to learn, ambition and grit, he has built a reputation in many of northern Palm Beach County’s most coveted communities as a strong team leader who is well respected by clients. Chris’s strength is his ability to gain trust and build long-lasting relationships.
When he is not driving schedules and demanding quality, he is balancing his own family with life with wife Kristy, and children Rylie, Brayden, Jaxon and Abigail and can either be found on the ball fields, shooting pool, or tinkering with toys.
